It has been an incredible journey since the establishment of Zoopa Pharmaceuticals in 2017 in Iraq. At that time, the pharmaceutical sector was largely dominated by the Ministry of Health, serving as the sole importer and distributor of pharmaceutical products in Iraq. Despite the challenging political and security conditions prevailing in Iraq during that era, we persevered and successfully rose to become one of the top five pharmaceutical distributors in the country, proudly holding the number one position in terms of infrastructure size.

The exceptional dedication of our team, coupled with my personal commitment, has propelled Zoopa Pharmaceuticals to the pinnacle of professionalism and advancement. We have diligently implemented cutting-edge systems and adhered to international standards, such as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which facilitates seamless information flow across our business functions and branches nationwide. Additionally, we have upgraded our warehouses to meet the rigorous European and American standards, ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Zoopa is proud to be the pioneer among pharmaceutical distribution companies in Iraq in adopting these high-caliber European and American storage and distribution standards.
